I keep a portfolio of some micro cap stocks and use this app to track them. I’m glad to see the OS8 update. Would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to keep tabs on their gains for tax purposes.

This is exactly what I wanted, and it keeps getting better. I preferred to the other stock monitoring apps.
This app needs to allow decimal fractions for number of shares owned in order to accurately track portfolios. Fractional shares are not uncommon quantities when one invests in US mutual funds.
I use the app daily to follow my stocks. Easy & convenient to use. For the investor with several purchases of the same stock over time having an average price of all purchases of each equity owned would be helpful. A dividend yield on the investment would be nice for comparison. RdRockt
Its a great looking app with potential but I think its a big drawback that it doesnt allow for fractional shares which is a pretty common concept. That would improve accuracy and be a lot more useful. Hopeful a new update fixes this.
Got it free, put wrong price in for stock. Cant change it. Completely worthless, not even for free.
How hard would it have been for the brilliant design team to allow entry of decimal amounts? I guess accuracy is not important. Estimates will do.
Poor app. Buggy. Crashes often. Wont let you input the price you sold at. Only will tell you capital gains at current days prices.
Fails to let me enter my portfolio. I put in all the info then no enter or done or net button. iPad Air 2.
Need landscape feature for iPad. A table showing all stocks with current price in landscape format would be nice. Look forward to future enhancements.
The app is beautiful in its design and simplicity. But there should be more added features. For example, more portfolios, history trades, and other little things like that so it can appeal to more users.
No way to enter historical pricing (bought a stock at this price on this date and sold it at this price on this date) which is 100% necessary for computing the taxes. As is, it’s a very weak stock tracker and nothing more.
Really clean interface. Quick, fast /minimal data entry. Up and running in no time (hallmark of a well designed phone app). I like the basic stock (and mutual fund) tracking. Whos needs burdensome historical tracking and the tedious data entry that it requires on your phone for gods sakes.
I like to be able to see where I stand at a glance during the day. My only complaints are that the app does not always seem to have the most up-to-the-second price and there doesnt seem to be a way to force it to refresh.
Very nice minimalistic approach to tracking stock portfolios. I recommend this app for anyone looking for a really nice clean way to view their portfolio.
Cannot find out how to delete individual shares or remove entire stocks. I can only add?!?!?!?
A daily $ and % change. Also it rounds costs down a penny? Would also like to sort by something other than alphabetical, maybe by share size or cost$ or market $
Probably the most glaring omission is you can only enter whole shares. As fractional shares come about due to dividend reinvestment I cant find a way to enter them. A very good basic portfolio tracking app though.
discovered a glitch in the app 1. Symbol (good) 2. Number of Shares (good) 3. Purchase Price ( I entered 0.08 I tap add HERE IS THE GLITCH IT DOES NOT SHOW 0.08 IT SHOWS 0.07) no accurate please fix then I rate it 5 now 1
The app does have a few rounding errors like has been mentioned elsewhere. I think that is a fairly easy fix or at least something that has a minor impact on the app itself. I contacted the developer with three suggestions and he responded quickly and indicated all three of my suggestions were planned for the next release. I was very glad to see that. With those three suggestions, I would definitely rate this five stars but will keep it at four for now. My suggestions were: 1) allow entry of partial shares (1.635 instead of 1) in order to track dividends that are reinvested. 2) allow the stocks to be grouped I portfolios in case you have different brokerage accounts and 3) allow the whole thing to be synced across multiple devices so my iPhone and iPad each have the same information without having to enter it on both devices. I like that the app tracks prices across many different foreign exchanges and even allows you to select your default currency. I do wish it would allow you to track each stock in its native currency prices, though. Overall this is a nice app that I can easily give four stars to. With the planned updates, it would easily be a five star app!!
